Logos.

I have created a number of logos as a designer, here you can see three of them. Below are the finished logos along with different color variations.

HowToFood.

The idea of HowToFood was born in 2019 at a New Years Eve party between me and a friend who is an aspiring chef. Originally called FoodTube, How To Food was to be a YouTube channel that would showcase videos that show viewers how to cook delicious meals.

About four months later we decided to run with the idea, and the production of HowToFood began. HowToFood is officially on YouTube and Instagram with new videos currently being made. With the creation of the videos, I made this logo for HowToFood. There is a version of logo for both light and dark backgrounds.

Sudden Strike.

I created a logo for Sudden Strike: Custom Rods and Baits. Sudden Strike is a small business owned by John Reffett, a lifelong fisherman. The business produces custom, high quality fishing rods and baits. I worked with John Reffett to capture his vision and to create a logo that well represented the business. I started with a large number of sketches which were then reduced to two favorites that were worked with in Illustrator. After lots of reworking, I ended with the logo you see to the right.

Cowen, WV.

Here I created a logo for the town hall of Cowen, WV. The Town of Cowen is your stereotypical small town USA. Located in Webster County, West Virginia, the town is rural and mountainous. The former railroad hub focuses on community, local businesses, and promoting its potential for young people. The town also likes to promote its many activities it has to offer like hiking, fishing, camping, and mountain biking. While talking to those a part of the town hall, I learned that they wanted these elements represented in the logo. After lots of sketching and reworking in Illustrator, I ended with the logo you see on the left.
